Welcome to Shwets Soul, a brand of Geone (“we”, “us”, “our”). Shwets Soul offers original artwork, paintings and customised artwork created by artist Shweta Teli through our website www.shwets-soul.in (the “Website”).

By accessing or using this Website, browsing our products, submitting an enquiry, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using the Website or placing an order.
1. About Shwets Soul
Shwets Soul is a brand operated by Geone, a proprietorship business.
The artwork displayed and sold through Shwets Soul is created by Shweta Teli, unless otherwise specifically stated.
All references to “Shwets Soul”, “we”, “us” or “our” in these Terms refer to the business operating the Website.

2. Use of the Website
You agree to use this Website only for lawful purposes.
You must not:
* Use the Website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
* Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website or its systems.
* Copy, reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit Website content without permission.
* Use artwork, photographs, text, logos or other content from the Website without our prior written permission.
* Interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Website.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Website where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
3. Artwork and Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, dimensions, photographs and other information displayed on the Website are accurate.
However, because artwork is handmade and individually created:
* Minor variations in colour, texture, brushwork and finish may occur.
* The colours displayed on your device may differ slightly from the actual artwork.
* Each original artwork may have natural variations that are part of its character.
* Product photographs may show artwork styled or displayed in an interior setting for illustrative purposes. Furniture, frames, décor items and other objects shown may not be included unless specifically stated.
Dimensions, materials, framing details and other specifications will be stated on the relevant product page where applicable.
4. Prices
All prices displayed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change from time to time without prior notice. However, the price applicable to an order will generally be the price displayed at the time the order is placed.
Any applicable taxes, shipping charges or other additional charges will be communicated or displayed before the order is completed.
5. Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order through the Website constitutes a request to purchase the selected artwork.
An order is considered accepted once we have confirmed the order and received the required payment, subject to product availability and any other applicable conditions.
We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order in circumstances including:
* The artwork being unavailable.
* An error in product information or pricing.
* Payment not being successfully received.
* Suspected fraudulent or unauthorised transactions.
* Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will provide an appropriate refund of the amount paid for the cancelled order.
6. Payment
Payments may be made through the payment methods made available on the Website.
Orders will generally be processed after successful payment confirmation.
We do not knowingly retain complete payment card details on our systems where payments are processed through third-party payment service providers. Such providers may have their own terms and privacy policies.
7. Custom Paintings
We may offer customised paintings created according to a customer’s requirements.
Depending on the project, customisation may include:
* Size
* Colour palette
* Theme
* Style or mood
* Composition
* Reference photographs or images
* Other agreed requirements
A custom painting will be created based on the requirements agreed between the customer and Shwets Soul.

Custom Artwork Approval
Where appropriate, we may provide a concept, reference, colour palette or other preliminary information before beginning the artwork.
Once the customer approves the agreed concept or requirements, significant changes requested thereafter may result in additional charges or changes to the delivery timeline.
Custom Artwork Cancellation and Returns
Because customised artwork is created specifically for the customer, custom paintings may not be eligible for cancellation, return or exchange once production has commenced, except where required by applicable law or where the artwork arrives damaged or there is an issue attributable to us.
The specific cancellation and return terms applicable to a custom order will be communicated before the order is confirmed.
8. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship to locations as specified in our Shipping Policy.
Applicable shipping charges and estimated delivery timelines will be communicated or displayed before order completion.
Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Returns, Refunds and Damaged Artwork
Returns, cancellations and refunds are subject to our Returns & Refund Policy.
If artwork arrives damaged, customers should contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery and provide photographs of the artwork and packaging so that we can assess the issue.
We may request additional information or photographs where necessary.
10. Intellectual Property
All artwork created by Shweta Teli and displayed on the Website, including but not limited to:
* Paintings
* Artwork images
* Illustrations
* Designs
* Product photographs
* Website graphics
* Written content
* Logos and branding
are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Purchasing an artwork does not transfer copyright or other intellectual property rights in the artwork to the purchaser.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the copyright and reproduction rights remain with the artist and/or the applicable rights holder.
You may not reproduce, scan, photograph for commercial reproduction, print, resell, modify or commercially exploit any artwork without prior written permission.
11. Use of Artwork Images
Images of artwork purchased through Shwets Soul may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without written permission.
Shwets Soul and/or Shweta Teli may photograph completed artwork and use such photographs for portfolio, website, social media, marketing or promotional purposes, provided that doing so does not disclose private customer information without appropriate permission.
For custom artwork created for private spaces, we will respect reasonable privacy requests regarding photographs of the artwork in the customer’s home or space.

12. Customer-Provided Content
If you submit photographs, reference images, sketches, text or other material through the Website or as part of a custom artwork enquiry, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission to provide such material to us.
You grant us permission to use such material only as reasonably necessary to discuss, design and fulfil your enquiry or order, unless otherwise agreed.
13. Interior Designer and Commercial Projects
Shwets Soul may accept enquiries from interior designers, architects, businesses and other professionals for artwork intended for residential or commercial projects.
Project-specific requirements, pricing, quantities, timelines, usage rights, delivery arrangements and payment terms may be agreed separately for such projects.
Where a separate written agreement is entered into, its terms will apply to the relevant project.

14. Website Availability
We aim to keep the Website available and functioning properly. However, we do not guarantee that the Website will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components.
We may temporarily suspend or modify the Website for maintenance, updates, security reasons or other operational requirements.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party services such as payment processors, shipping providers, analytics services or social media platforms.
We are not responsible for the content, availability, security or privacy practices of third-party websites or services.
