At Shwets Soul, operated by Geone, we take care to package your artwork securely so that it reaches you safely.
Shipping within India
We currently ship artwork to locations across India.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Shipping charges may vary depending on the artwork size, packaging requirements and delivery location.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping on selected artworks or orders. Any applicable free-shipping offer will be clearly mentioned at the time of purchase.
Processing Time
Orders for available artwork are generally processed within 7 business days after payment confirmation.

Custom paintings are made specifically for you and therefore require additional time. The expected production and delivery timeline will be communicated at the time of placing the custom order.
Please note that weekends and public holidays may not be counted as business days.
Delivery Time
Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time will depend on the delivery location and courier service.

Delivery timelines may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, natural events, transportation disruptions, courier delays or other unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery Address
Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number and other delivery details are accurate when placing your order.

If additional information is required to complete delivery, we may contact you using the contact details provided with your order.
If a package cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address or because the recipient is unavailable, additional delivery charges may apply for re-shipping, where applicable.
Packaging
We take reasonable care to package artwork appropriately for transportation. Packaging requirements may vary depending on the size, medium and framing of the artwork.
Damaged Artwork
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and provide photographs of:
* The artwork
* The packaging
* Any visible damage
​​This will help us assess the issue and determine the appropriate resolution in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available for selected artworks. Shipping charges, delivery timelines, customs duties and applicable taxes will depend on the destination and will be communicated before order confirmation. Any customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
